In OfficeTime, go to Edit-Edit Projects, click your project, click Edit and select your newly named calendar. In the “NAME” field, change the name to, let’s say, “Work-iCloud” and click “OK”. In the list of calendars (both local and iCloud), right-click one of the calendars and choose “Get Info”. Open iCal and click on the ‘Calendar’ button at the top left hand side. If OfficeTime shows you duplicate calendars and you don’t want to create a new one, there’s an easy way to figure out which one is the real one.
